At least 24 hr notice of appointment changes/cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, will incur a 35% service fee. No show appointments will incur a 35% service fee. A card on file is required for all appointments. While I do understand that emergencies and life tend to get in the way, if any changes need to happen less than 24 hrs please call or send a text.
